16 Ice Skaters Stood in This Formation. But I Couldn’t Stop Staring at Them When the Music Began!

International Skating Union has been organizing an annual event called The World Synchronized Skating Championships (WSSC) since 2000. Some of the world’s best synchronized skating teams participate in the event. Sweden and Finland are usually on the top, but this time Canada ended up dominating with this spectacular performance.

Canada hosted the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships for the third time this year. The following clip features Canada’s performance for ISU WSSC 2015. The team, “Nexxice” (Team Canada 1), skated to “Mud” by The Road Hammers and were cheered on by an enthusiastic home crowd. Their stellar routine earned them first place in the event.
