To start, all you need is:

  • Tomato
  • Three eggs
  • salt and black pepper

  • 50 grams of cheese
  • olive oil

Now first thing, chop the tomato in thin slices. In a bowl, crack three eggs, add seasoning to taste, and the Italian Herbs. You can grate the cheese now or directly over the top. Add olive oil to a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Place the tomato slices on the pan. Flip the tomatoes on the other side and add some seasoning to taste.
