They Were Skeptical About 14-Yr-Old’s Talent – Moments Later, Nothing but Cheers

Never judge a book by its cover. This amazing performance will totally prove you this proverb. When 14-year-old Jack Vidgen appeared on the stage of Australia’s Got Talent, the judges didn’t expect much looking at his small age. But what this shy looking boy did next, had everyone stunned.

If it was just limited to shyness it wouldn’t have been a big problem, but Jack suffered from stage fright, every time he attempted to sing in public. But with years of singing for his mom and practicing in front of the mirror, he was able to rock the stage of Australia’s Got Talent without any fright.

This adorable teen from Ireland opted to perform “I Have Nothing” by Whitney Houston. Released in 1993 as part of the soundtrack for the film “The Bodyguard,” the song has since become one of Houston’s signature hits. Written by David Foster and Linda Thompson, the lyrics of “I Have Nothing” convey a deep sense of longing and vulnerability, as Houston sings about the overwhelming intensity of love and the desire to give oneself completely.

And the way Jack performed was absolutely incredible–he said he wanted to be the next Justin Bieber and he definitely sang like it! Watch the full video below and please leave us a Facebook comment to let us know what you thought!
