Burger, the delicious meat delight, is comfort food in many parts of the world. Either you enjoy it with a thick, juicy patty or a layering with cheese, burger is one of those meal that can never go wrong. Today, we have a scrumptious barbecue burger recipe for you.
To get started, all you need is:
- Assorted foods for stuffing the burger
- Canned beer
- Ground chuck burger (80% lean to 20% fat ratio)
- Pork belly bacon
The first step is to make 1/2 to 3/4 quarter-pound meatballs. Get a cold beer can and push down on the balls and use it as a mold to form a pocket-like form around it. Once that is done, get the bacon and layer around two of them on each pocket.
On a grill, get going on some colorful vegetables or meats. Such as onion, tomatoes, mushroom, bell peppers, anything that makes you happy. Now remove the beer can, and stuff the pocket with the veggies.
Top it up with any cheese you wish, thick chunks of them. Glaze it with a BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade, if you wish. Guys, it’s your burger, and you are the boss of it. All you have to do is grill it at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour.
This recipe takes the burger creation to a whole new level. It may not look like a regular burger, but it sure is packed with all the burst of flavors.
