Sometimes it’s not easy to move up to the adult level when you’ve been competing as a kid. But don’t let this young woman here you say that.
14-year-old Isabeau Levito from Mount Holley, New Jersey, had already won the 2021 U.S. Junior Championships but had never competed as an adult. So she was ready to give it a try at the National Championships in Nashville, Tennessee.
Said the commentator: “She does not skate like a junior level anymore. She is absolutely stunning.” This video shows her short program, where she only placed fourth but it would be hard to tell that given the crowd reaction.
