“Mother knows best” is a popular saying but as this video shows, it apparently goes for the animal world too.
Here’s a cute situation: a baby horse approaches a wall but is scared of it because he doesn’t understand how to get over. The mama horse, who’s already over the wall, comes back to the young colt how it’s done.
It’s really interesting how mama takes Junior back from the wall and shows him he needs to get up a little speed, then just jump. We feel a little sense of triumph when the colt makes it over the wall right behind mama–maybe that’s why this video has racked up nearly six million views on the internet.
It’s a great lesson for parents on how to give a lesson. Watch the full video below!
