Keith Urban Can’t Spin Around Fast Enough for Family’s Bluegrass Spin on Pop Song

The song “Edge of Glory” by Lady Gaga is a mid-tempo, dance-pop track that encourages listeners to take risks and seize the moment. The lyrics explore the idea of taking a leap of faith and living life on the edge, while the powerful beat and catchy chorus make it an uplifting and inspirational song. Well here’s a family that took that to heart–they took multiple chances and they paid off.

The senior O’Donnells have been singing for generations but it was a bit of a risk to bring not just their kids but also grandkids when they tried out for The Voice Generations. And it was also a risk to convert “Edge of Glory” from pop to bluegrass. But they did both and  in the process stole everyone’s hearts.

The star of the performance, however, was the tiniest member of the family. The tiniest member of the family, a little girl, performed with all her heart. Her smile and the enthusiasm of the family as a whole are what makes this performance all the more special.

And judge Keith Urban, who was the only judge left available to add them to his team, couldn’t resist this creative family–he slammed his buzzer. Watch the full video below and please leave us a Facebook comment to let us know what you thought!
