Bride And Groom Wow Their Guests With a Magical ‘Dirty Dancing’ Routine

The tradition of the “first dance” between the bride and groom at a wedding has a long and culturally diverse history. Its origins can be traced back to ancient times when couples would perform a ceremonial dance to celebrate their union. In some cultures, the first dance symbolized the couple’s commitment and the beginning of their journey together. Throughout history, various forms of dances and rituals have been observed, each reflecting the customs and traditions of different regions and time periods.

Over time, the first dance has evolved into a cherished moment at weddings, often accompanied by romantic music and witnessed by family and friends. Today, the first dance is an opportunity for the newlyweds to share an intimate moment together, marking the start of their married life while creating lasting memories. So it’s no wonder that many couples use it to put on a show for their guests.

Rachel’s husband used to be a salsa dancing instructor, so shortly after this couple had first met, he somehow convinced her to learn. According to Rachel, she and Jesse found amazing chemistry through dancing, so it has always had a special place in their hearts. That is why they decided to surprise their guests at their wedding with this incredible routine!

Rachel says that they wanted to do something extra special, so they performed the final dance from the movie Dirty Dancing: “Time of My Life.” They even had some of the bridal party members join them! And the reaction of their guests is simply priceless to say the least! Towards the end, they dance to “The Time” by The Black Eyed Peas. All their guests join them on the dance floor and it is really great to watch! Watch the video below and please leave us a Facebook comment to let us know what you thought!
