Mother Nature is beautiful and vast. Just sitting amongst her creations can be a calming and peaceful experience. Every creature has its own beauty, and seeing it up close is such a privilege. A fisherman at Dutch Harbor in Alaska was fortunate enough to come face to face with one of nature’s most beautiful birds—the bald eagle.

The bald eagle is the national bird of the United States of America. It used to be an endangered species, but thanks to continues conservation efforts, it is now out of danger. It is quite rare to see them from up close, as they tend to keep to themselves. But when fisherman Jesse Peck offered them some food, it was too good for them to resist!

As he began distributing the meat, the majestic birds flocked together before him to grab a bite. They didn’t fight among themselves, nor did they show any aggression towards the fisherman. They simply ate to their fill. But when the camera panned to the left, there was an even bigger surprise. It showed another huge flock of eagles, waiting patiently for their turn at the grub.

It must have been quite an experience for Jessie and his crew to be able to look at these stunning birds from such a close proximity!
