Top Chef Says to Stop Frying and Shares How He Cooks Bacon Instead

Nothing goes more correctly on the breakfast table than eggs and bacon. The crispy crunch and the glossy or runny eggs are one of the perfect meals of the day. However, it is frowned upon to indulges in bacon every day due to its effect on health.

Though we have been eating bacon for so long, we still don’t know the actual trick to getting the evenly cooked bacon. Frying it on the skillet doesn’t compliment the needed crunch to it. As the item tends to fold in the pan without cooking all the sides evenly.

Adam Sappington, who has been a chef for over 20 years, shares the secret. Baking the meat on parchment paper is the only acceptable. It turns out; many professionals use this method to get the perfect taste and glossiness. The steps are pretty simple, and as follows:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large baking tray, place parchment paper.
  • Put the slices, be careful not to overlap the meat.
