I love thanksgiving! For me, it is one of the best festivities of the year. We get to spend precious time with our families and our loved ones. But the main highlight is definitely the food right? I mean who could deny that delish turkey? People get quite nervous about making turkeys in thanksgiving since it the main attraction of the evening. And from personal experience, many things could go wrong.

The video below however shows us the perfect way of making a moist thanksgiving turkey. This demonstration by Roxanne Webber is really simple. She tells us the wrongs and rights of Thanksgiving turkey in this short clip and it is certainly helpful. Roxanne suggests that we should give ourselves plenty of time for the bird to defrost; at least three days for a 15-pound turkey. And while roasting, we should check the temperature regularly with a meat thermometer.
